Quickly as the economy and the rapid development of the instrument, magnetic stick relay got fast development in the industry, this aspect for the data exchange between control and information systems, analysis and application, on the other hand, provides a better platform for all kinds of labels on the accuracy of the real-time and historical data time also put forward higher requirements.
With the rapid development of microelectronics technology, electronic computer technology and communication technology,  relay has been developing towards miniaturization, surface-mount and high reliability. Therefore, designers and craftsmen of the whole machine are required to continuously learn the knowledge of various  relays.
Zhejiang Gretel Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. recently launched a GRT508G  relay, which is recognized for the rated operating voltage (current) applied to the coil of the  relay, instead of the operating voltage (current). Because the coil has energy storage effect, when magnetic hold power relay coil, the storage of induction electromotive force is likely to result in up to a few kv surge voltage (potential), the surge voltage function to the magnetic stick relay power supply system, will have bad effects on other devices, so have to maintain relay coil two ends and magnetic transient suppression circuit, limit the peak voltage in a certain range, the general recommended transient suppression circuit for parallel resistance capacity on both ends of the coil circuit or resistor or a diode.
 relays are divided into single-coil  relays and double-coil  relays. The double-coil  relays are usually used for low-voltage and small-load control, while the single-coil  relays are often used for large-load control. The intelligent distribution device JXD-240 adopts a single coil  relay.
The GRT508G  relay is capable of synchronizing important timing functions in industrial data and communication systems. In addition, the module is equipped with a controlled crystal oscillator and can also use the timing signal provided by the satellite-controlled atomic clock receiver as the clock source, thus achieving high precision timing.
GRT508G  relay contacts can be parallel or series. The parallel connection of contacts can improve the reliability of circuit connection, but the reliability of circuit disconnection is contrary. Connections in series can improve the reliability of circuit disconnection, but the reliability of circuit connection is opposite. This is because it is impossible for all the contacts of the  relay to operate at the same time, so two or more groups of contacts are generally not used in parallel to switch a circuit larger than the rated load current of a single contact. At the same time, it does not use two or more groups of contacts connected in series to switch a circuit greater than the rated load voltage of a single contact, enhancing the accuracy of synchronization performance and maximizing the availability of services.
