Hello everyone!

As the calendar turns and a new chapter unfolds, we are delighted to usher in the 2026 New Year. On this special occasion, on behalf of the Board of Directors and management of Zhejiang Gretel Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., I would like to extend our sincerest greetings and best wishes for the coming year to all our dedicated and hardworking managers and employees who have poured their heart and soul into our company over the past year, as well as to our valued customers, partners, and friends from all walks of life who have consistently shown their care and support for our company’s development!

Looking back at 2025, we have collectively traversed an extraordinarily remarkable journey. Faced with the complex and ever-changing global economic landscape, intensifying industry competition, and significant fluctuations in the prices of raw materials such as copper and silver—severe challenges indeed—all Gretter employees have remained firmly focused on this year’s guiding principle: “Unite our hearts and minds to pursue development, and refine management to enhance efficiency.” Together, united as one, we’ve risen to meet these difficulties head-on and achieved hard-won developmental successes.

This year, our key economic indicators have continued to advance steadily, with both operating revenue and profits showing varying degrees of growth compared to the previous year. Equally worthy of pride is the solid progress we’ve made on the path toward high-quality development: Our company has successfully passed the re-evaluation for the national-level “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in niche expertise and innovation, marking yet another national recognition of our strength in specialization, refinement, distinctiveness, and innovation; the official establishment of the provincial-level Enterprise Technology Center has injected powerful momentum into our ongoing innovation efforts; our product has been awarded the “First Set” certification by Jiaxing City, highlighting our breakthroughs and leadership in critical technological fields; and being selected as a pilot enterprise for the national standard on enterprise data management (DCMM) has laid a robust foundation for our digital transformation and intelligent upgrading. These achievements are the fruit of the wisdom and hard work of every single Gretter employee—the result of everyone’s tireless dedication and collective efforts day and night. On this occasion, I would like to extend to all of you my highest respect and heartfelt gratitude!

While we acknowledge our achievements, we also clearly recognize that, compared with the leading front-runners in the industry, we still have a considerable gap to close. The road ahead is long and arduous—only through sustained effort can we succeed. The era we live in is one where challenges and opportunities coexist, and pressure and motivation go hand in hand.

Looking ahead to 2026, competition will become even fiercer—especially in terms of cost—and we’ll face greater challenges. Yet, this also holds new hope for us. In the new year, our core tasks will be even more focused:

Internally, we will continue to deepen our “lean management.” With a focus on both effectiveness and efficiency, we will further optimize processes, rigorously control costs, and strengthen execution—extracting greater benefits from our management and relentlessly pursuing breakthroughs. This way, every employee’s efforts can be more efficiently transformed into driving forces for the company’s development, collectively solidifying the enterprise’s intrinsic foundation for resisting risks and achieving healthy growth.

Externally, we will firmly implement our “Going Global” strategy. While consolidating our existing markets, we will actively explore broader market opportunities. With more competitive products, higher-quality services, and more flexible strategies, we will take the initiative, seize opportunities, hone our capabilities in an increasingly fierce market competition, and enhance both our brand influence and market share.

Colleagues and friends! Now that the blueprint has been drawn, it’s time to hoist the sails and ride the waves. With great responsibilities resting on our shoulders, we must redouble our efforts and press forward with even greater vigor. The journey toward 2026 has already begun, and new goals call for new actions.
