Gathering New Strength, Enhancing Management Efficiency | Gretel’s 2025 Work Summary and Recognition Conference Held Successfully

On the afternoon of January 28, 2026, Zhejiang Gretel Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. held a grand summary and commendation meeting for the year 2025 in the multi-functional conference room on the third floor of the administrative building. Chairman Peng Yong, Executive Deputy General Manager Xiao Wenxin, Director Yang Rihao, Director Xu Yunju, heads of various departments and subsidiaries, and other honored individuals gathered together to review the journey of 2025 and look forward to the development blueprint for 2026. The meeting was chaired by Administrative Director He Minglian.
At the outset of the meeting, representatives from the Finance Center, Administration Center, R&D & Technology Center, Marketing Center, Quality Center, various production departments, subsidiary companies, and the Executive Deputy General Manager took to the stage one after another to deliver statements on implementing the 2026 work plan. A total of ten awards were presented, including “Outstanding Employee,” “Quality Role Model,” “Technical Role Model,” “Outstanding Team Leader,” “Excellent Award for Technological Innovation,” “Outstanding Team,” “Outstanding Subsidiary,” “Outstanding Cadre,” “Award for Contribution to Sales Growth in 2025,” and “Sales Champion of 2025.” Company leaders presented the awards to the winners, and the venue erupted in enthusiastic applause, creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere. These exemplary role models are a microcosm of the Gretter people’s relentless striving and dedication. Their achievements deserve heartfelt congratulations, and their spirit is truly worthy of emulation.
Following the awards ceremony, Peng Yong, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered an important speech. First, on behalf of the Board of Directors, he expressed gratitude for the hard work and dedication of all employees and extended his congratulations to the individuals and teams honored at the ceremony. The Chairman systematically reviewed the company’s positive progress in 2025 across various areas—including market expansion, technological innovation, production operations, quality enhancement, and management optimization—and provided an in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges currently facing the company. Looking ahead to 2026, the Chairman emphasized that the company will continue to adhere to the guiding principle of “uniting hearts and pooling strengths to pursue development, and pursuing refined management to enhance efficiency.” Focusing on bolstering core competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities, the company will continue to make concerted efforts and overcome difficulties in key areas such as cost reduction and efficiency improvement, market development, digital transformation, and industrial structure optimization.
